We currently have a position available for a graduate who has a genuine interest in court and tribunal advocacy and migration law to join our Sydney CBD office. In this role you will have the opportunity to work closely with reputable professionals in migration litigation and case work.

 You will be under the supervision of solicitors who are accredited migration specialists and regarded amongst the best migration lawyers on the list of Best Lawyers.

 This is an entry level position and we are looking for a person who has recently qualified or has some migration law experience

The successful candidate will be assisting senior solicitors with a diverse range of interesting migration matters including litigation. The firm conducts a high volume of work requiring the successful applicant to be self-motivated, detailed oriented, organised and have the ability to take initiative and work to deadlines.

The successful candidate will possess the following:

• recent admission and/or post admission experience

• superior written and oral communication skills

• strong academic record

• high ethical standards

• strong legal research and analytical skills
